They sound fine within their frequency range. I run Arnold’s myself. If the rest of your stereo is capable of playing bass up to 100 or 110 hertz then you should be fine. Also, just as a side note. When I turned on my deaf bonces for the first time, they sounded absolutely awful. So bad...

The deaf bonce will be much louder in the mid range than the alpine, but will not make any bass.

If you’re just going for the look of bed liner you can use textured spray paint. The advantage of that is their are several colors to choose from to match your interior.

Unfortunately for you , a very large majority of the people on this forum are in the USA. We don’t have Skoda cars here. I will say that the factory stereo is 14 years out of date and malfunctioning. I would look into replacing it with a modern aftermarket stereo.

I would go with the ofc. If you use the cca, you should go a size larger. ( If your amplifier requires 0 gauge, use 00 if you go cca. )

If the red wire doesn’t have 12 volts with the key on, the stereo will not come on. If you want to test the stereo to make sure it is working correctly, you can connect the red with the yellow that has power. You can’t really leave it that way because the stereo will stay on 24/7 till it runs...

Have you checked the battery voltage at the amplifier while it’s playing? Because what you are seeing may just be impedance rise, not low voltage.

What? One thing is a electronic crossover, the other thing is a type of subwoofer enclosure.

My dad had a street rod that he built a few years ago. He hid a regular car antenna inside of the trunk . he mounted it horizontally at the top of the trunk in front of the hinges. Unless you opened the trunk bent down you would never see it.

That is incorrect. 80 hz is the starting point of the filter. Not the 12 db down point. In other words, 80hz is the highest frequency that has full output. Above 80 is when the filter starts to take effect.

You have set the filters wrong. For example 80hz for the low pass is where the filter starts reducing output, not the 12db point.
