If you don't have a volt meter already I would highly suggest one. 16ah of headway is only rated 1600 watts rms.

I have one installed. I keep around 12v pushing it pretty hard

Disclaimer: I didn't read this whole thread.

Most morons on this forum will tell you "alternator before battery", but that's not the case. Add a capacitor or small lithium iron phosphate (lifepo4) near your amp, and you will solve your voltage drop problem.

Yea thats exactly what i did. 16 ah right before the amp and big 3 upgrade and i now hold 12v 3ven when pushed

Im gonna look into getting a new box built with a much bigger port.this ones 6" slams. But i know its being held back by that port. Anyone suggest a builder? I got this one from concept enclosures

@Buck can design a box but I don't think he builds them. He is awesome to work with.

Buck is NOT designing boxes atm and hasn't for many months now. And will not be doing any designing for the long term due to his health joe.
